Extremely happy!..After going to our local car dealer and being quoted $900 to remove the stuck key from the ignition, we called Alex hoping he may help at a more realistic price. Offered no charge if he could not fix it. After a lot of patience he managed to remove the key and supplied a new key at a fraction of the dealers price..
