We were disappointed with the rebedding and repointing done on our roof. We were told it would take two days, and they did it in one day. They were rushing so much they forgot to line the valleys and the standard of pointing suffered. The pointing doesn't cover the cement bedding properly and is untidy. After three weeks of complaining about the valleys being left open, they came and lined them. They were adamant the job was neat though, even though they admitted the roof tilers probably forgot to line the valleys as they were rushing. They were also supposed to lift up our gutter guards to do the rebedding and repointing, and replace them afterwards, and they did not. We paid a lot for this job and expected a much higher standard of work.
