This was the hardest thing our family had ever been through in our lives. As soon as I entered the door I immediately felt supported and comforted by Dean who looked after us. He definitely has a special gift in his caring, compassionate nature that instantly makes you feel like you’re not alone and he was there every step of the way. I cannot express how beautiful all the staff are and how accommodating they are in every request or questions I had during the traumatic time I was going through. Cannot speak highly enough of all staff and Dean gave me strength to get through a time where I thought I never could. Xx
