Very very flexible to customise the floor plans and great price!
Went to Metricon first and they asked me hell lot of money for just widening the hallway by 300mm.
Aaron B. from Bevnol ripped the whole floor plan apart and created a totally new plan just for us and he charged me $0 since the built area remained same.
The approvals took much longer than expected. Build started much longer after we had the land settled. (Took 4-5 months).
But once the build started, Ryan did a fantastic job to deliver the home in best shape. Very cool and patient guy.
2 months since we moved in and we love the quality of home.
