"I employed Scott Robinson for a building and pest inspection on a property I was thinking of buying in Croydon. Scott discovered evidence of a major infestation of white ant which seemed to have originated from one of the old gum trees on a neighboring property. The extensive damage had been repaired however the likely hood of re infestation was high because of the proximity of the old trees.
