We bought a home with a pool in January of 2009. I saw their van in the traffic and called these guys - they came out & showed us how everything worked and spent quite some time with us - early one morning as my hubby had to go to work & I wanted him to be there. We have been to a couple of different places in the past 3 years - for convenience & 2nd opinion but just keep coming back to these guys. They changed hands a little while ago and the friendly service has continued. They have outstanding customer service and I really appreciate that. Its also nice to know that the staff are not looking down at you because you don't know what they do about swimming pools. Thanks Poolwerx Birkdale - keep up the fantastic job.
