We've been using iiNet for almost 4 years now and have been very happy with them (we were previously with Australia's most well known Telco..). We have ADSL2+ bundled with the Home 2 phone plan and find that our Internet connection is fast and reliable. We had a faulty phone line at one stage that caused major interference with our Internet connection (the static on the line was terrible - you couldn't even hold a telephone conversation!!), but this proved to be a PAIN FREE issue after a phone call to the friendly and helpful iiNet customer service team. They liaised with Telstra (it's their lines), and a Telstra tech was dispatched within 2 days (okay - he was very helpful too). iiNet's Customer Service team then undertook a number of steps to follow up and ensure that our fault was definitely resolved. Brilliant!

We are VERY happy with iiNet and have absolutely no plan to change from them as our Internet provider.

A friend recommended that I check out a YAMO baby carrier, and Beth's website turned up when I started researching baby carriers. I decided to visit her when she was at the City Farm Artisan Markets (East Perth) and ended up purchasing not only the Yamo carrier, but also some Itti Bitti cloth nappies, some Booroi nappy covers and an H2Onya stainless steel drink container! Beth was really helpful, very knowledgeable, and I have been extremely happy with all of the products that I bought.

I have since purchased a few more items through the fantastic online store (Rockin' Green Laundry powder - love it - and some more nappy items). When purchasing online, the items have always been posted promptly, and received quickly.

Quick, easy, no fuss online transactions.

It would appear to me that this business takes a lot of care and thought when selecting the products that they sell. They are definitely "ethical retail indulgences" - but worth every cent!

Modern Cloth Nappies - that's what this Australian family business specialises in!

I've found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their products, especially when I first started my investigations into using clothies on my baby. They have a great range of carefully selected items, and I've been very happy with the quality of all of my purchases to date (nappies, wool cover, biodegradable liners, change mat, mattress pad, swim nappy, wet nappy bag). The items arrived very quickly when ordered (I'm in WA), and their communications with me have been very good.

They also have a Facebook presence and email a Nappy Newsletter if you're interested. It's worthwhile subscribing, as they often run some great specials, as well as offering FREE shipping on occasion. As many of my purchases have been small - the free shipping offers have been great for me! They have a sister site - Tribe (beautiful gifts for "little folk") - and they run cross-promos for shipping sometimes too.

Friendly and helpful staff, quality products - one of my favourite cloth nappy businesses!

**** Okay - so now an addendum to my original rave review.... ****

I originally purchased nappies from this company in 2010 (with some further purchases during 2011) and was extremely happy with the service I received at the time.

However, all that changed in late 2011...

I had a warranty issue with a number of nappies that I had purchased and it took a total of 6 months and many, many, many emails before I finally received a refund. This company really tested my patience and I became so frustrated, that I was one step away from lodging a complaint through consumer protection.

I'm afraid that Nurture Nappies have burnt their bridges with me.
