Chris and Michelle were great to talk to over the phone and gave me all the information and more than I needed not just for the bond clean but also to ensure the smoothest possible process with the real estate and the RTA. They also stayed in close contact with me during the clean and post clean when I received the exit condition report from the real estate to make sure they had meet all cleaning requirements. Linda who completed the bond clean was very professional, kind, and very easy to talk too.
