Comparing quotes, trying to make sure you don't end up with a cowboy, but trying not to get ripped off in the process. Brilliance made it easy. The quoting process was easy, Eddie & Guill were responsive and provided a very competitive price for our move. We booked for a 7am start and the team arrived bang on time. Fabio and Thieran were very professional. They were careful with our furniture, expertly handled fragile items, and worked at a very efficient pace to load a large townhouse into the truck in record time.
