Robyn and the whole team at APF were so understanding on the loss of our son and of our feelings and those of Matts friends they provided a service that truly reflected who Matt was and allowed everyone involved to have input into the celebration of his life it was a very painful time made so much easier by Robyn and a few very kind words by Michael at the service, and even after the service their caring and consideration did not end right through to our collecting Matts ashes.
