Stay away from this company!! Firstly they canceled my booking and had to reschedule for the next day. Then a lady shows up with old dirty cleaning equipment and completed the end of lease clean on her own. Unsurprisingly the property did not pass the end of lease inspection for a range of things that were on Optima's cleaning checklist and should have been done such as: dusted blinds, stove top, inside and outside cupboards, outside dishwasher and range hood, light fixtures were still dusty, there were still cobwebs on walls and the carpets were still dirty.
I then contacted the company to rectify the issues as they state a 100% Bond Back guarantee. They then continued to tell me that they would not send someone out as she would have to drive an hour and it was not worth her time. They continued to deflect and try and put the blame on me. The customer service manager then offered me an $80 refund despite the fact I paid $560 for this service. I then had to go back and clean the property myself!
I called the customer service manager to demand a refund and she was laughing about me to people in the background.
I am so appalled by this company. They are unprofessional and demeaning.
