Unusually kind, efficient and competent.
The dentist, Sebastian, took great care to explain everything about my problem (complications from a big and messy extraction by another dental practice). He was very careful to make everything comfortable and easy. The assistants were charming and so were the receptionists. Each receptionist greeted me as I first entered reception, which I thought was highly unusual. The practice is bright and exceptionally well-kept and the prices were about half what I expected to pay.
