I recently had a massage here with my husband in the lovely couples room. It was perfect. The service was friendly and professional. The room was beautifully relaxing and really spacious. And the massages themselves, from Sam and Sabrina, were gorgeous. Highly recommended.

I really want to love this shop. I really do. I love the range. I love the look of it. I have bought a lot of toys here but, my goodness, the service has been mixed. On two occasions, I was looking for a really expensive large Playmobil toy and asked the people here about them. Both times they said they'd find out about it for me and get me one in. On both occasions, I never heard another word. I was prepared to wait for a long time for these products so I could support a local store, rather than just get them online. I don't understand why they couldn't help me. I no longer shop here. This kind of experience is exactly why online stores will prevail.

I have been to Bar Idda so many times and each time it is just an effortless, delicious, relaxed experience. I wished the same staff were on more often because after so many visits, a bit of recognition would be nice. Still, I'll be back.

Recently got my hair cut in a new way for the first time at this salon. Loved it. Loved Chris the stylist, loved the salon itself, loved the attitude, all of it. I have had so many average or even bad experiences with hairdressers who just don't care. This was not one of them. And, afterwards they sent me a letter with a voucher welcoming me to the salon. Exceptional.

I have been shopping with Hello Charlie for years and they consistently provide a faultless, fast and friendly experience. I found them originally because I love their products - eco nappies etc - but I've stayed because their attitude and service is exemplary.
