I could not recommend Passlow Property enough. I initially was hesitant about changing agents, however Clare and Jason made the process seamless and stress free. They listened to all the problems I was having with the previous agent and dealt with them immediately. They inspected the property to see what the issues were and increased the rent. I now have a very happy tenant and I am getting a better return on my investment. They also explained to me the importance of landlord insurance and some clever tax saving tips.
