This is the best dentist ive ever been to. I always put off the dentist because its never been a good experience before as its been very expensive and the service has been awful - they have been unfriendly and made me feel ashamed but it has been a couple of years since I last went and I noticed some spots on my teeth so I thought I'd better go. Because of my previous experience, I decided to research the best dentist in my area and immediately it was clear everywhere that this place was the most highly rated and most popular. From the moment I walked in I realised why. I was greeted with a really warm and friendly hello from the dentist, when I said I had not been in a while, I was not shamed and felt very invited and in good hands. This dentist is extremely lovely and most of all very gentle which is what I was looking for considering I am nervous about dentist trips. She made sure that I was the most comfortable I could be, she used numbing creams and anesthetic (where as other dentists I have had to beg them for it) and she was constantly checking I was okay and taking breaks for my comfort. The result was the least uncomfortable teeth clean and fillings I have ever had. She did a great job. When giving me advice and instructions on teeth care, she was very caring and inspiring, not telling me off or making me feel bad. I was also shocked out how reasonably priced it all came too, especially when considering how great the service I had just received was. For once I can say I genuinely look forward to coming in for my bi-annual check up and clean at this dentist and will be starting to do so from now on.
