They were property manager for property we bought. There were several obvious maintenance/repairs to be done to house but it was not recorded in inspection report (completed 2 weeks prior). Difficult to get information from and contact once they realised we were going to manage ourselves. I would give another opportunity to them, it may have been a "one off"

Great Vietnamese food and a great atmosphere as place is always busy. Expect to wait for a table but turnover is quick. Tasty food, cheap prices, generous sized servings, quick and friendly service and can BYO. Cannot go wrong - especially if on a budget or feeding the family

My husband took me out to dinner for our wedding anniversary while on holiday. We ordered a garlic bread, seafood platter and bottle (originally just the one) of a local red. Garlic bread was fresh & seerved quickly. Oysters and prawns were some of the freshest I've tasted. Cheaper than Perth as well.

Best Turkish food around. Used to run renowned cafe in Freo until recently. Guys are friendly, service is quick and I have yet to have any complaints (except that I go there too often). Try the turkish bread, especially to use for foccacia on weekends.

Electric HWS gave up in the middle of winter - typical. I sourced a new one and wanted it installed quickly. GA Perry provided an estimate over the phone, explaining all charges so there was no surprises. Arrived on time, completed the job without wasting time and left no mess. Highly recommend.

When booking my Corolla in for 40 000km service operator was insisting it should be the 30 000km one as I hadn't had that done. Even after explaining that I had, but not at Toyota, she still tried to book a 30 000km one. I had to be really forceful. I was offered the courtesy bus service - what a joke!! Supposed to drop me home leaving Toyota at 10am, didn't leave until 1030am. Supposed to call before pick up at 3:15pm. Despite providing mobile number when booking service and dropping car off, they insisted I had provided wrong number and didn't pick me up until 3:50pm. Reckon they would wash my car - not done! Very expensive and will not be returning. Only went as it was the first spark plug change for vehicle.

Have used Ros Stone as the settlement agent for two houses and two blocks of land, both in the country and the metro area. She is helpful, ensures that we understand our obligations and that all paperwork is completed in an timely and efficient manner. I work away and yet this poses no difficulties for her. Had to use another agent when she was away once and didn't realise how good I had it.

Living 600kms away from our block and getting the building envelope cleared, driveway put in (& gravelled & rolled), firebreaks established and water tanks connected to the shed is not easy. Graeme was reliable, trustworthy and did an outstanding job. We felt comfortable leaving the keys to the gate with him and no do so for future access to tradies.
