They were property manager for property we bought. There were several obvious maintenance/repairs to be done to house but it was not recorded in inspection report (completed 2 weeks prior). Difficult to get information from and contact once they realised we were going to manage ourselves. I would give another opportunity to them, it may have been a "one off"

The property managers are good at getting things fixed promptly all you have to do is make a phone call and things are fixed ASAP. Inspections done regularly but fairly so long as you are maintaining the place but they are not overly picky.
