A little family run cafe that functions as a Sri Lankan restaurant friday and saturday nights. It looks like a cafe so I'd never paid much attention to it, but I'd heard they serve Sri Lankan food Friday and Saturday nights. I've been there the last 3 times now and have enjoyed tasty, hearty meaty and vegatarian curries with yummy rotti etc.. It's well priced and byo wine and run by a lovely family. Very glad to have found this place!

Had a lovely wood fired pizza washed down with 4 solid beers. The brewery itself is in an industrial part of mornington and in a giant shed that's fitted out with quality modern furniture, here you can stare at the vats or wood fired pizza oven. Outside tables allow you to enjoy the sun and enjoy your beer. I went in the first few weeks of opening nad thought half the beers were really interesting, flavoursome and tasty and the other half uneventful but pleasant. They also serve local wines, which my girlfriend raved about. Keen to get back here!

A great cheap and cheerful eatery that offers an sensational version of one my favourite dishes 'Chicken Makhani' (Butter Chicken). It's not the sort of place you'd take a date, but the food is good and well-priced. They also do a great mid-week lunch special and $5 local delivery. My only complaint is that they're not open sundays, a day when I'm often hungover and craving curry.
