Richard is the best osteopath I have ever seen for my various back/foot/shoulder/tendon/hamstring injuries. His diagnostic assessments and prognosis for rehabilitation have been spot-on. He has a very high practical work-rate - it is amazing what he can achieve in only 30mins. He should charge more.

I felt training with you gave me the fitness to do that climb quite comfortably.

Unfortunately, I am cycling even less right now mainly due to family and work commitments but also because I have recently started running again after 18months. At some stage, I will join your group again to improve my 10min effort distance and my time for the 1 in 20 climb.

Thanks again Rob for such fun and motivating sessions. Loved hearing all your stories and learning how to train so efficiently and effectively without spending hours on the bike. It all made perfect sense. Hope to join in again soon.
