The technician called prior to arriving, arrived on time, and was a very neat, tidy, and personable man who made my crusty double ovens, and range top, including drip pans, sparkle and shine. Based on so many 5 Star reviews, I called Jon at Master Sharp. Jon was very prompt in responding with an appointment time to meet, and suggested that if I had a sharpening steel, I should bring it and he would instruct me on its use. I had a large number of knives and scissors and not only did he informatively discuss them with me, but gave me a lesson on keeping them sharp with my steel. The large amount of items to be sharpened required a bit of time, so I went to Costco. The DFO and Southland are also near by so I was occupied for the hour or so that it took. I'm very very happy with my newly sharpened knives, scissors, and shears. Thank you Jon, it was a pleasure to meet you and I will surely recommend you to my friends.

Excellent dog treats - I buy the Lamb Puff Cubes as my spoodle has a low tolerance for beef treats. These are perfect. Easy to order from site, delivery very fast, although I would prefer a delivery to my P.O. Box instead of home. I was going overseas and I arranged for the treats to be delivered to the kennel where my dog was boarding. I received an email to advise me that Barney had received his special treats. Great service.
