My car had been serviced regularly by a Toyota Dealership, was 7 years old and only travelled 56650 genuine kilometers.
I had bought a voucher which gave me free labor when servicing a car; they charged me $831.40 for a basic service and I like a DICKHEAD paid them. 25 DAYS LATER MY BRAKES FAILED AND I WAS INVOLVED IN A FATAL ACCIDENT.

I had new tiles laid on front porch, job was magnificent, professionally done, arrived on time as arranged, kept area clean and did a final clean up before leaving.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR TILING.

After to experiencing great difficulty in contacting a Senior member of staff I spoke with Kelly - Office Manager who had Simon Choi contact me immediately. Kelly and Simon were absolutely wonderful to deal with and responded instantly. What was possibly a brain tumor has now been downgraded to an ear infection (at this point in time). If I had not made contact with Kelly I would be BAD MOUTHING this place but Sam's behind is saved by the quality of his back up support.

Owner Glen Kerrigan admitted that he and staff were cowboys when reporting tow truck well and truly ran a red light. Kerrigan sounded like he could be doped up. Was a rude arogant pig who hung up on me.
STEAR CLEAR if this is how he handles the public what respect does he have for our property when left for him to work on????? Approximate price could be DEATH of an innocent person.

I placed my property with Mr Gaurav Kapoor to sell as I thought he was an honest person. Imagine my horror when I discovered he had not marketed my property and had conjoured up some deal with his friend to buy my property at a much lower price.
HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED. There are plenty of other agents who ill look after you.

Khaled renovated my bathroom and kitchen and made it all look new and modern. As I was unable to locate a shower base Khaled built one for me.

Everyone comments on the quality of the workmanship.
Khaled was reliable, a proper tradesman and was concerned that I was happy with the finish products.

Couldn't recommend Khaled enough, prices also competitive but quality of work fantastic.

Paid to have body treatments and the like, someone hit me in the back; contacted Werribee Toyota 25.04.2017 to arrange a quote for body treatment, 09.05.2017 followed up again for a response - all to no avail.
17.05.2017 sent copies of all previous emails to attention of Mr Ben Galea explaining car is scheduled to go to panel shop on 22.05.2017 and requested contact.
Shame when the PRINCIPAL of the business also couldn't careless.
Sorry I got sucked in by these people and purchased the vehicle from them, won't be getting a chance to service the vehicle anymore.

I must be an idiot as I returned again after a fair time, waited in drive through for 15 minutes, upon arrival home discovered one hamburger was just luke warm the other had an entire thick slice of raw onion (nearly 0.5 inch thick) and was stone cold.

I definitely will NOT be returning. When I rang their Customer Service line at 4.25pm I received a recording providing an option to leave a message,

Recently I had some plumbing upgraded, the price was very good, the workmen arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.
Job was honestly quoted, fantastic job, couldn't get better.
