From the very first moment my husband and I drove into Tatra Receptions we knew it was the right venue for our wedding. The grounds are spectacular, the Chapel is gorgeous with stunning views as a backdrop as you say your vows. Inside is a spacious reception venue to suit larger weddings. We had 150 guests comfortably. It is very elegant and beautiful. The staff where fantastic from the start at helping plan and prepare all aspects of the wedding. They were regularly in contact and provided an excellent support.

The value for money with all that is provided is outstanding.

There is also accomodation on site.

Affordable secondhand kids clothing, books, toys, baby goods. Huge variety, always something of use. Some prices I find a little over priced but most are reasonable. Have been going there for years. They take things to sell on consignment also but the return is naturally quite low.

Whilst they sell a good variety of quality products I find them over priced in most instances and their customer service is severely lacking. I have gone into the store on 2 seperate occasions wanting to buy 4 new carseats for my children with the cash on me ready to spend. The first occasion was fairly late at night, I was the only customer in the store with quite a few staff members at the counter talking, no one acknowledged me so after about 20 minutes i left. I decided to give them another go so went back again a week or so later as I needed seats, once again I entered with only a few other customers in store atthe time and yet again no one spoke to me. I gave up and purchased elsewhere. I have also been in there to look at prams only to find I knew more about the item I was looking at than the staff. Ive been incorrectly advised about which carseat is suitable for my child on numerous occasions. Good thing for me with 6 children is I know what Im looking for, unfortunate for all the first time parents that go in the store and take their advise as gospel.

This is my personal favourite playcentre to take my 6 children. The large play structure is great fun for all ages, Ive been down the slides racing the kids many times now! Plenty of things to wear them out and a great toddler area to keep the little ones entertained.

Good playcentre, clean, GREAT food but my older kids (7+) tend to get bored fairly quickly so we dont often visit. I also find it fairly expensive compared to others.

Kids are free public holidays, weekends and school holidays now which makes the zoo even more cost effective. More than enough to visit a few times as we always find there is too much to do in just one day. Theres also twilight concerts, childrens concerts (we recently saw Justine Clarke at the zoo and the kids loved it) etc
Plenty to see and do :) I recommended purchasing a zoo membership as it pays for itself in just a couple of visits and allows unlimited entry all year to melbourne zoo, werribee open range zoo and healseville sanctuary! :)

Brilliant entertainment for the whole family! Plenty of entertainment to warrant multiple trips each year. Low cost $10 adults and children are free, or with a concession card even adults are free. School holiday programs operate in VIc school holidays, " Little Kids Days" once every month or so to give the preschoolers a chance to explore without schoolies. Loads of fun for everyone :)

Afterhours services are limited so I have used the superclinic quite a few times, most times quite disappointed with the outcome. So many mistakes have been made, incorrect tests organised, blood test forms not signed so needed to return. When sent to the hospital and theyve required test results sent to them they have many times had the wrong ones sent across.

Theres a million things I could write here to show the incompetency I have experienced in visits there but there aren't enough hours in the day.

If you have a straight forward cough/cold/minor ailment that needs treating visiting the super clinic is appropriate, for anything else... seek more professional care elsewhere.

Also expect waits of 2-4 hours at the best of times.

I am in my third year now of having children at the centre and can honestly say I am rapt with the care and education they have provided 3 of my children.

Finding a childcare centre that suits you and your child and is also budget friendly is not always easy, I tried a few centres with my older children but was never completely happy and after a year we moved on. This is not the case anymore, I am so happy with the centre the friendly staff are always welcoming to myself and my daughters, they have always been quick to address any concerns, they discuss things in depth with me and my daughters are always happy to go there and see the staff.

2 of my daughters that have used the centre for 1 and 2 years each are now in first and second year of school and doing very well, I put part of their success down to the solid foundations that Cranbourne Kids helped give them.
