The 1st time I came here, I thought it was a rip-off until I compared it to other places.I realized the prices weren't too much different then others. The thing you have to be alert with in all these places is keeping your eye opened for sales! The reason I enjoyed coming here though was not due to the price, but it was because they seem to have WAY more variety then other places such as BabyCo, etc.

Another thing was that the lady who served us was VERY helpful & detailed with explanations for 1st time Mom's. She was also very sweet & funny. I wish I had remembered her name. Anyway, she was a blonde thinner taller lady... who was very kind. Not everyone is like that.. but she definitely was. I hope others will learn from her about the quality of service. :)

I purchased a Bassinet & also a mattress for a cot I needed. And was so grateful the lady was able to sell us the mattress from the floor-sample they had of the cot. It was their only one in that size within the store. The other baby stores were no comparison in variety available.

I will definitely be going back for most of my baby items here & recommend it to others for sure.

Whilst they sell a good variety of quality products I find them over priced in most instances and their customer service is severely lacking. I have gone into the store on 2 seperate occasions wanting to buy 4 new carseats for my children with the cash on me ready to spend. The first occasion was fairly late at night, I was the only customer in the store with quite a few staff members at the counter talking, no one acknowledged me so after about 20 minutes i left. I decided to give them another go so went back again a week or so later as I needed seats, once again I entered with only a few other customers in store atthe time and yet again no one spoke to me. I gave up and purchased elsewhere. I have also been in there to look at prams only to find I knew more about the item I was looking at than the staff. Ive been incorrectly advised about which carseat is suitable for my child on numerous occasions. Good thing for me with 6 children is I know what Im looking for, unfortunate for all the first time parents that go in the store and take their advise as gospel.

I went to Baby Bunting to purchase all furniture and nursery items I needed when expecting my first child. I was there to shop big and spent around $5000.
I was not happy with the customer service at all, the staff were rude, abrupt and not helpful at all for a first time expecting mother. Their prices were also rather inflated as well.

the staff were all great and i had lots of questions that the staff helped me with. they showed my how to use all the different prams and told me the basics i would need for the first 6 mths

When items are on sale they are well priced but generally most items are expensive, although i did find car seats to be cheaper here. You have to get staff attention to come and help as they will not just come up and offer to assist. Large item pickup from the back of the store and the storemen are very helpful to load the car for you.
Huge range of items and certainly a great place to go and see what is available on the market.

have a great range, but most stock is expenisive and unless they are having a sale you will find what you are looking for elsewhere. Staff aren't overally helpful unless they know they are going to make a sale.

from bibs to beds this place is the place where you go to find all your baby items in one big store.

Often you will find a good deal in their catologue but the general prices are quite expensive. They are one of very few well stocked baby stores around though so just check your prices elsewhere first. It is also been very hard to get assistance as they are usually serving but they are very good when it comes to returns/refunds.

I purchased most of my baby products from this store. Generally the staff are very friendly when they know they are going to make a sale. However, most of the time they don't make the time for you. The products and range is good. So if you know what you are looking for have a look on their website first and then go in. The prices are a little more expensive so it pays to shop around at other places if value is important.
