Fantastic deep tissue, remedial massage. I asked for a firm massage and it was perfect. I have a few areas of concern - old and new injuries from running and other exercise. This massage really did the trick. The atmosphere was also great - very relaxing and nothing over the top. Definitely highly recommended!
