A special place to relax by yourself or with a group of friends. A huge selection of teas to try there or take home, excellent service (including advice on how to get the most out of the tea) and lovely accompaniments. Atmosphere is lovely. I've taken friends who are 60, peers and my own kids at various times and everyone has loved it.
Lovely range which changes occasionally. Top quality. Service friendly and helpful even when there's many customers.
If they haven't got it they certainly go out of their way to try and help you get it. Good range and service.
Delicious! Lovely range of jams, biscuits, chutneys, special bits and pieces and great baskets; either make one up yourself (or get them to help) or choose one they've already made up. Just delightful service and the smells that come out of their kitchen... divine! GREAT for gifts and for your own pantry.
Keep to their time limit and what they say they'll do. Great at passing on information and explaining what needs to be done to your car and seem to do a good job at fixing brakes.
If you need some brake help then take the trip to the Belconnen store; these guys were rude and condescending and quite frankly unhelpful.
Very helpful with a variety of requests and accommodating as they're able with printing requests.
Who likes going to the dentist? But these guys make an unpleasant takes very bearable. Usually prompt service, good communication and good follow up if necessary. Dr Manani is excellent!
A nice range of papers and bits and bobs for craft for a small shop. Would recommend the classes. Pleasant service but not necessarily helpful after the event (you may have to chase them up over things ordered...)
A lovely range of very nice beads. A shame about the service - very sour and very un-kid friendly (a 7 year old under close supervision; not a dozen 2 year-olds let loose in the shop!). Really over-priced but if you have the time and the money (and no children) and need some inspiration then maybe worth a shot.
