The first visit to assess our cleaning needs was comprehensive, and a detailed quote for services was provided. Bella and Sean communicated promptly throughout the process, and once we had agreed to engage their services, it has been delivered without fault since. The team turns up promptly for each visit (unlike other cleaners who failed to turn up, and provided no communication), and we receive a text once the clean has been finalised, with any items or issues we need to be aware of. We had a bedroom that needed a paint refresh. We approached a few businesses, some who never responded and others who took their time. Greg was reliable - turned up at all the appointed times, and his price was significantly lower than other quotes that we received. Communicated brilliantly, and has done a fantastic job on the bedroom re-paint. Will use him again for the next paint job.

3D Energy has recently completed the installation of a Solar system at our home. Matts work is impeccable! Work was quoted on fully, with clear and concise explanation about all elements and options that were available. Our quote was received within 24 hours of the site visit. Once we had confirmed the go ahead for the work, the process was completely smooth and transparent, with constant communication throughout the process. Work was (as planned) undertaken over two days, with Matt arriving promptly on each occasion.

Aside from shiny new panels on the roof, and the equipment on the wall in our garage there was absolutely no sign that you were even at our place – I have never seen a tradesman leave such a tidy worksite!
