Had my roof repointed and re-bedded with gables replaced. David and his brother did a fantastic job. Both real gentlemen - second generation roofers who I would have no hesitation in recommending. My daughter saw Dr. Pragati Kapila. Dr Kapila is a lovely, kind and gentle dentist with an excellent manner with young people. She is obviously very passionate in offering the best care to patients and she went above and beyond to care for my very anxious daughter. She thoroughly explains all processes so you know exactly what she is doing and why. Dr Kapila's Assistant was also wonderful and very caring and kind. I cannot recommend Dr Kapila highly enough. The offices are lovely and the Receptionists excellent.

I have been seeing Dr Alex Maer for the past 4 years. He is a fantastic dentist. He has done quite a bit of work including 3 crowns and a bridge. He is patient, caring, thorough and the work he has completed has been beautifully done. It is amazing what he can do for a tooth that looks beyond repair. He has such a calming manner, especially when I have been in the midst of a panic attack.

It must also be mentioned that the Nursing staff and Receptionist are terrific. If you have an emergency they will try their best to accommodate you. The nursing staff that work with the dentists are also extremely competent and caring. All the staff are extremely friendly.

I have been a patient at this clinic for all my life as has my daughter. I see Dr Herold who is a fantastic doctor. She is very caring, geniune and extremely knowledgeable. She never rushes you and is very compassionate, explaining everything in detail. There is Pathology onsite also which is a bonus.

On the downside, since the practice has changed hands I have been very disappointed that they no longer bulk bill (with the exception of children). My daughter is on a Disability Pension and I am on a limited income but they will not bulk bill. If you have to come back to get the results of blood tests etc it gets very expensive. I have had to delay going back to get test results until I can afford it. If you can afford the fees, it is an excellent centre. One particular Receptionist is also rude - however, she is still very efficient in her job.
