I have just completed the Diploma of Quality Auditing at HBA in Nth Sydney it was a 5 day Intensive course. I have been in the Beauty Industry for the last 25yrs and am a facilitator myself. I knew nothing about auditing so at first I was totally overwhelmed but Carmen Yates our facilitator was so knowledgeable she made the course an enjoyable experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Training Organisation to anyone who is looking to further their knowledge and skills.
