Have been a patient here for years and am always looked after. the receptionist is friendly and keeps uptodate with future appointments, you are never left waiting for long and if there is a cancellation they ring you to get you in earlier to save you waiting. we are all busy, but looking after your health is important too and this dental service takes the stress out of this chore.

Since buying an LG television i have experienced continued problems with the system however each time i have telephoned the staff have been very polite, exceptionally helpful and happy to organise a repairman to my home within days. each time the repairer has been very careful with my tv, has explained what he is doing as he finds the fault and even helped set up my Wii when he had fixed the initial problem and showed me how to use it. thats what i call going the extra mile and giving great customer service.

Fantastic. have driven past this place dozens of times until i finally had a chance to take my family for lunch. the japanese family all work in the cafe and are very proud of their food. it is exceptional and the service is very attentive without disturbing your conversation. the lunchtime sushi special is amazing, super fresh seafood, everything handmade to order and i cant wait to go back again. im very choosy about my sushi and this place gets a double thumbs up

Am so relieved to finally have my computer working again. Two weeks ago Internet Explorer had a fault which caused a problem with my microsoft office programs. i could not do any work and after many wasted hours, hair pulling, screaming and lots of tears i called this helpline in desperation. the very patient and calm 'Red' talked me through and we fixed the problem in less than an hour. i am so relieved. after dealing with so many unhelpful customer service people over the years this business was amazing. i cant thank them enough.

Very happy to have a Target closer to home. The staff are always friendly and helpful. One lady helped me find a kitchen item and then showed me several similar ones that were much better value, helping me save valuable dollars. Not too many salespeople want to help you save instead of spend.

This seafood specialist is an icon of Brisbane and despite a few struggles several years ago they have remained open and always provide the very best seafood in the city. The staff have a real passion for their business and have a vested interest in turtle conservation. If you are after a particular item that you cant see on display they will order it in where possible, another great service bonus.

I visit this cafe regularly to meet friends for coffee or a light meal. I highly recommend our favourite dish, the creamy garlic prawns which is back on the menu. The staff are friendly and very attentive and the location with views of the river make this a pleasant venue.

had a sudden craving for hot chips last night and raced down to the store just as it was closing. the lovely girl on the checkout saw me pull up in my car and waited for me to run in and grab what I wanted before shutting down the till, deliberately keeping the store open an extra few minutes just for me. thats what i call good customer service.

cant believe that these specialists have been at Portside ever since it opened yet I have never seen them before. have recomended that they get their details included on the Portside website. the staff were very friendly and helpful and happy to find out extra information for me that was not on their database. will be stopping in there regularly.
