Phone ordered 7/10/16, 1st Phone received 20/10/16, Phone unuseable 6/11/16, Advised faulty 7/11/16 via email, Phone returned at my expense
2nd phone received 15/12/16, Phone unuseable 16/12/16, Advised 2nd phone faulty 17/12/16, Phone returned at my expense.
3rd phone received 18/1/17, Advised battery issue 23/1/17, headset jack does not allow headset connection

After 3 faulty devices this is their position - After the case was being reviewed by the management, the option from RMA manager is refund with current market price, provided the phone is found out to be faulty and it's legitimate manufacturer fault. As informed previously, in case we do the refund, the phone value will be on current market price. The item condition and item completeness will also be assessed to ensure it's still in new/ intact condition, ie: no scratches, no dents, no chips and it's not related to physical/ water damage or any modifications that may void the warranty.

To be offered Market value on the 3rd phone which I have been able to use for 5 days, let alone only having a workable device for 22 days in total over 4 months. And I have had to incur all expenses to return (express post, insurance, customer to sign) and will need to do so again. 

Poor service, poor management, never ever again
