Got two travel books for going overseas. Ordered very late on a Monday night and books were with me by Wednesday afternoon. Excellent service! At one stage the tracking wasn't updated but turns out it was a fault on the website not with the packages. Even had a little personalised handwritten note from Brent wishing me all the best on my travels. The books received are in excellent brand new condition with not even a mark or scratch from the journey via post. I will definitely order more books from here even though it is interstate because of the lovely service! I probably could have found the guides marginally cheaper on somewhere like ebay, but you cant be guaranteed of quality or delivery of service there.
