The staff were lovely and very quick to get the job done. I was satisfied with the customer service they had. Food was well fresh and well presented.

I went into cosmetics plus to get my nose pierced. They said I was able to get it done there and then and had me fill out a form. I waited and then all the sudden the lady that did the piercings came out and said she was unable to do it as she just finished packing up her things as her shift was ending in another half hour! I was so frustrated as you are meant to put customers first, I walked out very disappointed.

The staff of JMC Academy were quick to act and were fast to reply when I needed a question answered. I was looking for a course within the creative industries and this is the institute to go. The courses are quite costly but there is fee-help if you need it. I was accepted but simply could not afford it, If you have the money I highly suggest you go to these guys for your entertainment course needs.

I love staying here and will stay nowhere else. The rooms are always lovely and of high standards. I have stayed in a 1, 2 and 3 bedroom before and the 3 blew my mind away. Never before have I seen such a big balcony in an apartment in my life. It was beautiful and I will definitely be staying there again. It is in the heart of surfers and is close to shops and just a short stroll to the beach. If you need a hotel to stay in on the Gold Coast I suggest mantra circle on cavill!

I went to rightway for my first few driving lessons. I was doing manual and when I got to my 8th lesson, the driving instructor pretty much said I wasn't getting it and to do automatic instead. So he ditched me and obviously wasn't patient enough. Never wanted to go back to them again.

This is one of my favourite restaurants to go to. They have three different menus instead of just one! You can choose from an italian, Seafood or steak house menu. It has more variety then most places. It is always busy but the service is always great. I cant get enough of the food. If you havent been, I suggest try it ASAP!

Timezone is one of the best places to go with friends or even the whole family. It has a wide range of arcade games to suit all age groups. You can win prizes and that is always fun for the little ones and even adults. It is a great place to go when you get bored.

Dreamworld is probably one of the best theme parks to go to as they have another water park right next door and has a range of animals for the kids to look at. It has rides to suit the whole family. The only costly side of it is the food.

The chairs are of a much higher standard then most other cinemas around and the cinema itself is alot bigger. The staff are friendly and give great customer service. The only downside is you have to pay abit more then any other local cinema.

I have been into the gold coast hospital when I tore a ligament and when my sister had gone into early labour. The staff were always quick to act. They were always friendly and supportive and looked after you as much as they could. This is a GREAT hospital.
