After taking Wohlers to the SA consumer protection CBS an agreement to credit a Nordic lounge chair was reached after 3 hours of negotiation. Before the agreement could be written up James Wohler reneged by stating he found some new evidence. We approached James Wohler for the evidence, and he did not supply it. CBS have run out of negotiation options, so Wholers have been able to get away with this dishonorable outcome. Buyer Beware, in our experience Wohlers do not "walk the talk" and in our case did not supply the product as advertised and on display.
