After being given some Earth shoes for Christmas from a relative interstate. I discovered they were too small, the person who gave them to me had inquired with the store and was informed that refunds and exchanges for wrong size were totally acceptable, I wanted an exchange and when we got to the store the new shoes were cheaper then ones I had by $20 we were informed that we could not be reimbursed for the excess money because the fine print on the website claims that sale items incurred a restocking fee of $15 and they do not give any refunds on sale items, so we lost the entire $20 on the stores greedy policy. The staff member was friendly but the manager was rude and unwilling to accommodate me in a difficult situation. I was disappointed by the stores policy and their previous assurance that exchanges were okay and felt that they hid from being moral with a policy. Sadly its a case of buyer beware.

Reel cafe is rocks! It's a great place to drop in for a coffee or a meal, the atmosphere is fantastic and super cozy by the open fire in winter and the staff are great, always friendly and kind. The proximity to Cameo cinemas is a fantastic advantage. The hot chocolate is my favorite drink but best of all is their desserts and cakes which are delicious! All of which can be warmed up and served with fresh cream!!!

I booked a table for my anniversary and the experience ruined our night! The restaurant itself has little or no character or atmosphere, it was over crowded and overbooked to the point that one could hardly move inside, it was so loud from the excessive amount of people in the room that I got a headache and the echo was atrocious. It took 15 minutes to receive a glass of water and a virgin Margarita and 25 minutes to receive our food. The meal we got was not what we ordered, it was soggy, cold and poorly presented on the plate! We told the manager who didn't charge for the meal but made no apologies about quality or service, justifying our horrible experience by claiming that's how all restaurants are when busy. My recommendation is avoid this place like the plague and eat at Taco Bills who I've never had a problem with in 5 years of attendance. This place turned me off trying new eateries.

The Cameo is the hills local cinema, its family owned and the staff are always fantastic. The best current movies and art house specialty films are always playing and they have 3D films too. Best of all they've just expanded to include even more cinemas! And they do great outdoor movies in summer as well! They also respect the history of the business and building as being historic to the hills. The Cameo is my favorite cinema of all time.

A great cinema that I have been attending for years, the service is almost always fantastic, in fact I've one encountered one unpleasant staff member, the prices are great and even the candy bar is quite cheap compared to other cinemas! Truly a great local business.

Wot a Kebab is one of the best Kebab stores out there, as a regular customer I find the food to be of reliably good quality and the service is always friendly and fast. On the rare occasions that a mistake is made it is always rectified immediately with no fuss. They also offer a free home delivery service which I use often and is very reliable and fast and they have a great rewards and promotions system too which is very handy.
