I love my gelato and Italians are fussy about their gelato. :-) This place has so many different flavours to die for. Where do I start??? How about this. Try the Raffaello, Coconut, Apple-pie, hazelnut and tiramisu (my favourites in that order).

The meals were good. Starting with two sharing plates we had lamb pastry parcels and salt & pepper crusted kalamari - all yummy. For the mains I had rigatoni pasta with a lamb ragu - very nice- while my wife had the roast duck. This was ho-hum - Ok but not great. The location is lovely and the ambience is good, right on the beach, but all in all I wasn't left with a WOW feeling or a desire to return soon.

The servings are very good here and the service is fairly prompt with a good variety on the menu. I had grilled chicken fillet with avocado and peppercorn. Was quite yummy. My wife had a mixed seafood grill which while it was a very good serving, they didn't really indicate on the menu that it was spicy (with chilli).

We came here for our Christmas lunch. We had to wait a very long time for our orders to be taken and then the meal to arrive, but given that it's Christmas and they were busy, perhaps I have to give them the benefit of the doubt here. Regarding the meal, I had Barramundi fillets. The fish (one piece) was cooked well, but all it came with was mash potatoes and no veggies. I don't mind paying good money ($38 for the dish) but I like a full plate thanks. All in all we paid $55 each for some garlic bread, our mains, a drink and no desserts. For value for money go elsewhere methinks

I had an issue with my digestive system, for which the specialist wanted me to use PPI as medication. Fortunately Barbara was able to give me alternatives. What I really like about Barbara is that I find she's methodical - she formulates a plan of attack for a given health issue.

I've been coming to see Anthony Sebelic at this centre for several years now and he's always been able to help - usually for back issues, but just recently for my achilles tendon. He knows what he's doing. In past I would use a chiropractor, but I find the depth of knowledge and ability in an osteopath goes beyond.

We came here after a walk along the beach. The staff serving us were very nice as was the food. My wife and I both had the Lamb shanks with mash. Really nice. The meat was very tender and the mash was marvellous as well.

These folks specialise in Sicilian sweets. Tried their riccotta cannoli and they are to die for. The crostoli biscuits are scrumptious as well. Crostoli, for those who don't know, are these flaky, airy biscuits, covered in icing sugar.

This is not just a purveyor of Sardinian foods. They are a cafe as well and we had a late lunch there. I had a beautiful panino with prosciutto, pesto, chicken, rocket and cheese. My wife had pasta with pork ragout that was delicious. The owners, Andrea and Pauline are very nice and looked after us. Coffee was pretty good too.

Overall, I have to say I was a little disappointed. The prices for mains are at the higher end, which doesn't bother me...provided I leave the restaurant not feeling hungry. At the time we had gone there Sunday evening and ordered a Sunday Roast. A Sunday roast should not leave you feeling hungry. There are so many nice eateries/restaurants around the Spot in Randwick. I can't think of any reason why I would return to this place.
