Eddie immediately contacted me, asking when would be convenient to come. He also advised when was on his way.

He was very through and explained everything he was going to do and what he had done when he'd completed the job. He ensured the work area was clean and all rubbish was in the bin prior to leaving.

Eddie was also very polite and wasn't on his phone at anytime whilst he was working!!
