We walked out of this place today totally traumatised. Not only because of bad news for one of our beloved pets but also because of the way we were treated by staff. Refused to let me speak to a manager when I telephoned afterwards to complain. Appear to care only about $$$ not actual animals. Terrible, terrible service - an extremely bad experience.
