THE MOST CHILD/PRAM UNFRIENDLY RESTAURANT EVER!!!! If I could rate any lower, I would! I will never go back to this poor service restaurant again. If you plan to go there with your kids or take a pram with you, you should leave them all at home or go to kids/pram friendly places instead. Otherwise, you will be treated differently and uncomfortably by the male Korean staff.

I have been here a few times with my baby in the smallest pram and my hubby or sister. Even before we sit around table, the young and tall male staff who can speak in English and Korean came over to say sort of lists we can’t do in this restaurant. As soon as the table was allocated to us, it took less than a couple of minutes for him to say to us that we can’t put a high chair for my baby in main hall, we should not leave my pram near counter as it will block the way for other customers to pay their bills, I need to sit next to a high chair, and I need to swap the chair that I will sit on, with a highchair so that I can sit outside and the baby can sit inside right next to coffee machine as other customer might trip over the high chair.

I respect all these so I was about to do so but we never felt welcomed from him this time and last time when we met him. He kept saying something only for other customers or their staff, not for us at all. I felt unfair as we didn’t do anything wrong, even we were not able to sit at the table as he didn’t wait for us to settle. He kept telling us what to do intrusively and unfriendly. It was Only because we brought a baby/pram with us.

At the end, he never apologised rather than kept saying excuses.
