Unfortunately was only able to see a couple of items due to the blatant rudeness of the retail assistant working Monday 10th August (black straight hair). We had just opened the door and had seen the sign 'back in 15 minutes' however the door was open (have had a couple of experiences where someone has just forgotten to remove the sign) and wouldn't you lock the door if you didn't want anyone in? After less than 2 minutes the retail assistant walks in and says with a rude tone "okay, you decided to come in anyway". Wow. My husband and I were honestly in shocked at her response. I've worked in retail and retail banking for over 8 years and couldn't believe the attitude she presented to us. She continued to speak under her breath but loud enough for us to hear "there was a sign" etc and that is when we decided to leave. And now I am leaving this review as constructive criticism. If you don't want anyone in. lock the door and if a situation arises you do not expect don't respond in a disgusting attitude and tone so that they have an opportunity to leave a review like this. What I saw of the products did look beautiful especially as were expecting in a month and was really ready to purchase a few products and make this a regular (living less than 10 minutes away). But I will avoid this store and not make any recommendations to anyone for awhile.
