Really bad customer service
SALES rep OJ
We went to buy a car today
And we went for a test ride for the one we like.
After returning the dealer said this car is sold to someone else WHILE WE WERE HAVING TEst ride..

Wasted time / efforts and of course no apologies by the sales rep.

Wont be coming back ever

5th may 2023
i went to buy a car from this AUDI indooroopilly dealership
the sales rep(TIMOTHY HUGGINS) showed us an A5 Coupe and claiming that he just traded it in.
so the car needed some paint/pannel work done.
we had a test drive of the car and found that the DRIVE SELECT BUTTONS( UP AND DOWN) DOESNOT WORK.
mr TIMOTHY HUGGINS VERBALLY PROMISED US THAT THE CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY(TILL TYEAR 2028) AND ALL FAULTS WILL BE RECTIFIED BEFORE DELIVERY

It was friday evening and everyone wanted to go home as the day was nearly finished
now without wasting any time i signed the deal and made a 1000 $ deposit on the car (rest to be financed)

MR TIMOTHY HUGGINS ( SALES REP) dealt with us making the paperwork and he put last day of the monnt as expected settlement day on paperwork.

12TH MAY
TIMOTHY HUGGINS CALLS ME AND ASKES ME HOW M I AM TRAVELING
I ASKED TIMOTHY HUGGINS THAT IF THE DRVIVE SELECT BUTTON / PANNEL WORK/ PAINT IS BEEN RECTIFIED
HE SAID ONCE THE SETTLEMENT HAPPENS WE WILL GET IT SORTED STRAIGHT AWAY.
SO WE APPLIED TO THE FINANCE SETTLEMENT.

18TH MAY
I SENT THE REMITTENCE TO TIMOTHY AND CALLED TIMOTHY AND ASKED IF I CAN TAKE THE VEHICLE NOW,
HE CLAIMED THAT THE FUNDS HAVENT SHOWED UP YET SO WE HAVE TO WAIT.
I THAN AGAIN ASKED IF THE CAR IS READY TO GO?
TIMOTHY REPLIED  YES EVERYTHING IS FIXED AND READY TO GO.

19TH MAY
I WAITED FOR THE PHONE CALL
20TH MAY SATURDAY NO WORK
21ST MAY SUNDAY NO WORK

22ND MAY TODAY-- I GOT A CALL FROM TIMOTHY HUGGINS STATING THE SETTLEMENT HAPPEND OVER THE WEEKEND AND NOW I CAN GO GET MY CAR
I WENT THERE AND CHECKED THE CAR BEFORE TAKING THE DELIVERY AND FOUND THAT
THE CAR STILL HAVE ISSUES WITH DRIVE SEELCT BUTTON.
I ASKED MR TIMOTHY THAT THE BUTTON DOESNOT WORK
HE REPLIED " IT WAS WORKING BEFORE WHEN HE CHECKED BUT NOT WORKING NOW"
THERE WERE STILL A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE CAR WHICH HE PROMISED INITIALLY THAT HE WILLL FIX HOWEVER DECLINED TO FIX AND TOLD ME THAT ITS A USED VEHICLE AND I SHOULD NOT EXPECT MUCH .
ALL THE WORDS / PROMISES DONE BY MR TIMOTHY HUGGINS WAS BROKEN
I WAS TOLD TO TAKE THE CAR AS IS AND BRING IT BACK LATER TO GET IT FIXED AND STAY WITHOUT A CAR UNTIL THEY FIX IT
NO COMPENSATION NO APOPLOGIES FROM MR TIMOTHY
INFACT HE WENT AGGRESSIVE ON ME AND TOLD ME TO TAKE THE REFUND ETC.
HE DID SAID THAT THE CAR WAS TAKING TO LONGER TO FINANCE HENCE HE DIDNOT WANT TO SELL IT TO US ANYMORE EVERN THOUGH THE FINACNE HAS BEEN SETTLED.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
NOT A MAN OF HIS WORDS
RUINING THE GOOD WILL OF MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY
RUINED MY DAY
WASTED MY TIME
LIED ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN JUST TO SELL ME A FAULTY VEHICLE

UPON ASKING TO GET HIS MANAGER HE CALIMED THAT THE MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE
NOW I HAVE HAD ENOUGHT AND WENT OFF THE TABLE TO GET OUT OF THE SHOWROOM AND GUESS WHAT
THE MANAGER ROCKS UP FROM INSIDE AND WANTED TO SOLVE THE ISSUES NOW..
MANAGER NAME (JORDAN) SPOKE TO US IN A VERY POLITE AND NICE WAY AND APOLOGISED ON BEHALF OF THE RUDE ARROGANT SALES REP ( MR TIMOTHY HUGGINS)

 
I HOPE THIS ALL CAN BE SOLVED WITH THE HELP OF MR JORDAN
I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THESE KIND OF SALES REP.
