Prepare to que for a bit at peak times such as 5-6:30pm weekdays and late afternoon on the weekends. Unimpressed by the quality and prices of the fruit, veg and meat departments so tend to buy these products elsewhere. Store usually tidy and satisfactorily stocked. Homebrand/woolworths select brands have noticably commanded more shelf space in recent years reducing choice.

Upon the death of my car battery i needed a mobile service to get my car running. After pricing a few places i went with these guys. They were able to come when it suited me and they got the work done quickly. Only criticism is that they did not treat the battery terminals with an anti-corrosion product after installation. Was able to choose from a range of battery options - ended up having a quality Yuasa battery fitted. The voltage level of the fitted battery was healthy. The battery is still going strong more than two years later.

Local service centre that offers excellent customer service, and competent mechanics. They provide excellent communication and do the work that you ask for. They have demonstrated a good record of calling to confirm any extra work or to report anything unexpected. Michael in particular provides excellent communication and is very good to deal with. Save money and get better quality service work compared with dealer service centres by doing business with these guys.

This review is for Dickson Asian Noodle House, Dickson ACT

Busy little noodle house. Serving sizes are good, food is very tasty and prices are reasonable. This is where i go for a Thai Laksa in Canberra. Often see people turned away during peak dining times for a lack of tables so book in advance. The only critical comment i can make is that the last Matsamum Neua I ordered could have benefited from more tender beef pieces.

Received treatment for two years subsequent to a motor vehicle accident. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely listen to their patients. Graham Spoule was my treating physio and he assisted greatly in returning me to a state of physical fitness.

This pizza hut store has served me reliably for a number of years and i've never been disappointed with the quality. You might pay an extra dollar over dominoes but you get more topping and in my opinion better tasting pizzas. The store is kept tidy and service is prompt.

Very tasty Thai food served by friendly staff. Some of the thai dishes served here are among the best i've had in Canberra and Sydney. Not the cheapest Thai i've eaten but the serving sizes are decent. Never been disappointed with what i've been served up by Thai Garden in 4 years.

This review is for Rolfe Mazda Service Department, Belconnen ACT

I put a newly purchased used Mazda into this service department requesting a complete service and correction of a cold running issue. The first time they took the car they misdiagnosed the issue. They then held onto it for one week. On receiving the car back i found it was pinging under load and there was no change to the cold start issue.

I called the dealer principle of the Rolfe motor group and explained the disapointing events had taken place. After checking the story from his side he dismissed my experience with comments allong the lines of your car is old, buy a new car, which as you can imagine did not impress me.

I then took the car to a recommended local auto mechanic who informed me that the ingition advance was at 15 degrees (5 over stock) which would almost certainly have resulted in engine damage. They also corrected an injector O-ring leak which Rolfe failed to diagnose. They freely admited they were uncertain of the cause of the cold running issue and offered some suggestions on who to take it to next.

At this point it was clear that i'd been lied to by the service department manager at Rolfe, or he didn't know what was going on in his own workshop. The work was incompetent, and customer service is clearly optional to them. One final note was that the loan car i had prised out of them for use during the week they held my car left me stranded with a flat battery (was on a disabled permit at the time due to physical injury).

As a qualified mechanical engineer who has worked for many years in a large car dealership and has significant personal experience conducting major service work, i would advise you to stay away from them, you can do far better elsewhere. A person not so knowledgable about cars might well have suffered serious engine damage for thinking they could trust the Rolfe Mazda service department.
