I've had my hair cut by Osvaldo twice now. Both times he did an excellent job. Every 5th cut is half price if you get your loyalty card stamped.

I was represented by MEJ after being injured in a motor vehicle accident in the ACT. My compensation case was an open shut case, as the driver was covered by comprehensive insurance, was clearly in the wrong and had to accept fault (and a traffic offense).

Therefore it was no surprise that i had a successful outcome and got a positive settlement. However, there were two issues with MEJs conduct that concerned me.

Firstly, the quality of communication varied over the running of my case. Mostly it was good - particularly at the start and end of my case, but at times i had to chase MEJ to get a response out of them.

Secondly, transparency when it came to the fees and costs i could expect was sadly lacking. From what i saw, i am in little doubt that MEJ took a percentage cut of my final settlement. They are meant to charge you for work on an hourly-rate basis, but my case fee estimates went up and down as the settlement figure went up and down during negotiations.

Because of this, it's difficult to judge the value MEJ delivered without paying another lawyer to review my case and legal fees.

$10 tickets are reasonably cheap and cheerful. Seats were comfortable. However I could hear noise (bass, vibration) from other cinemas coming through the walls in Cinema 4. It didn't bother detract too much for me, but it was noticeable.

Probably my most regular go-to take-away in Dickson. Cooked to order on the spot, good sized servings, and contender for the best value take-away in Dickson. My most ordered combo is probably Char Kway Teow with either a rice box, or Nasi Gorang. Recommended.

I have been happily shopping at Lost River Produce for probably close to two years now. I've appreciated the choice of quality local produce at competitive prices. I particularly enjoy their sausages and cuts of pork and beef. They stock eggs and dairy also. Lost River Produce offer a loyalty discount card that gives 20% off on your 5th shop, which i've happily taken advantage of on a number of occasions.

Note that this year I have been disappointed to see that all the fruit and veg is now gone. It seems that they were not moving enough of it. Also this year the other fruit and veg store in Dickson has closed. I recommend showing some support and encouraging them to bring back their fruit and veg to give us another option to picking it all up at the supermarket. Their potatoes, pumpkins and brown onions were always great for roasting and reliably cheaper than the supermarket.

Best PC hardware prices in Canberra. Can be busy, and they don't always have everything in stock that you could wish. But overall, its in our interest they are here. I've purchased quite a bit of gear over the years including the hardware that comprises the PC i'm writing this review on. Will buy from MSY again. I'd note that as a PC builder, i don't need a lot of help/support from a store - given their light staffing, this could be an issue with some prospective customers.

All things considered an appalling experience - the valuation was off by over 50%! The valuation process was seriously flawed - not aligning with basic trend data for the area. Egan failed to speak to the property sales agent to ascertain the level of buyer interest in property. They delivered their valuation on the same day an offer was accepted on the property.

Egan refused to acknowledge a single problem other than that i was unhappy with the service. (They clearly didn't give a toss that the valuation was out by over 50%.) They also clearly don't know the meaning of customer service - it took me over 4 months & further prompting to get a customer service response to my formal complaint. Egan refused to so much as offer a partial refund.

So AVOID AVOID AVOID; don't waste your money like I did. Look elsewhere or better yet, spend a day and do your own research with freely available property data on the web.

Fresh and tasty Thai food that has been top quality every time. Prices are inline with other thai restaurants in dickson for the well known dishes. Service is prompt and friendly. Yum Thai offers a menu with very good variety.

I tend to fly from CANB to ADEL, MELB & BRIS and i'm yet to be dissatisfied with the service delivered by Virgin. I've had fewer delayed flights with Virgin than Qantas and the aircraft are newer. Virgin has yet to lose my baggage whereas Qantas has on two occasions been unable to provide my bags on disembarking the aircraft.
