1. [redacted inflammatory comment] – in our case Seller was promising to deliver one type of the bed but he has deliver another model which we did not agree to exchange.
2. Trader provided misleading information [redacted generalisation] on the website and via email communication.
3. The Big Mattress shop made false statements about what we did and did not request. Basically, the Seller defamed us by denying clear statements where we requested a specific model.
4. Not just wrong model was delivered but they delivered incomplete order with missing parts. It was impossible to use due to health and safety issues.
5. The trader was breaking the law by refusing to refund money – resolved by contacting Fair Traiding.
6. The trader was breaking the law by refusing to collect goods back at his own cost – resolved by contacting Fair Traiding.
