The owners are lovely but have given their young staff free reign with the running of the business. Unfortunately the young ladies that have been with the business for quite a while are rude and lack customer service. Maybe the owners don’t require good customer service from their staff, as these young ladies have been quite brusque in front of the male owner?? I have now taken my money to another news agency that offers great service.
