I needed several dead trees and huge tree limbs removed. My land is on a steep slope and is difficult to access. I told Tristo what I needed done, and he said, 'Leave it to me.' He is very efficient and thorough, and is not afraid of hard work. He brought an offsider with him and together they cut up the huge tree branches, stacked the larger pieces neatly, converted the smaller sections into wood chips, and left the place in a far better state than it was before. He is also an expert arborist. The amount he charged was extremely reasonable, and I recommend his services highly.

Peter has done extensive plumbing on my property, and his work has always been professional and thorough. He installed a spa bath, handbasin and toilet downstairs, connected the pipes, replaced the flush mechanism on the upstairs toilet, fixed the gas hot water service and changed a couple of taps. It isn't cheap (what plumber is these days!) but the quality of his work ensures that the job is done satisfactorily the first time around!

I have had several Grey Army tradesmen and handymen work on my property in Mt. Eliza over the past year and have found that the Grey Army provide excellent services. They are prompt, efficient, and will tell you before they start if there are likely to be any problems. Some of the work has not been easy, but they have done an excellent job. For example, a handyman named Godfrey took on a job that nobody else would accept: digging under the house with less than a meter height to remove muddy clay soil and create a gutter for water to flow away into the outside drain. Another handyman has adjusted the external doors on my 80 year-old timber house when they jam. I highly recommend them - and their contractors are of all ages :)

Clyde is far more experienced than any other termite controller I have checked out, and the work he did in and around my 80 year-old house was excellent. He was the only person to use an electronic device to accurately measure the termite activity at different locations both inside and outside the house. He then dusted the areas where termites were active. Haven't heard a peep out of a termite since! And he knows termites like the back of his hand!

For the past four years I have been using Ray and his team at Tropical Home Gardens to mow my grass. Mostly they use a whipper snipper and a ride-on mower. I have a large, steep block with lots of trees that is hard to maintain, but Ray and his team do a professional job at a very reasonable rate.
