The cost was very reasonable and the service efficient and very good quality. We had been having problems with our back sliding door - it often became stuck and sometimes, with the extra force it took to slide it open, it would come out. On the last occasion, the door fell and the glass smashed. One of the larger glass repair outfits quoted me what I thought was an excessive amount. I then rang Banyule Glass & MIrror - they came over measured and gave me a quote that was less than the other quote by more than half. Not only did Toby from Banyule Glass & MIrror do a good job but he also kindly had a look at the sliding problem and fixed it - so we not only have new glass but now a door that slides effortlessly.
