Not a good experience. They didn't check the temperature of the water in the foot spa before putting my feet in it. It was freezing! The pedicurist was rough and rushed through the job. She left me in the chair and disappeared, with no attempt to tell me how long I had to wait. Then about 5 staff members congregated in the very small space next to me and proceeded to eat their lunch. I was horrified to see that the kitchen also doubles as the place they clean their implements, including the razor they used to get rid of some of the dead skin from the soles of my feet! After sitting in the chair and being ignored for over 45 minutes I decided it was time to go. Naturally no one helped me get up or checked the pedicure. But hell, I just wanted to get out of there!
