They are always pleasant and responsive on the phone. And resonably priced.
I had only luke warm water from my hws and Dylan came out quickly to change a broken thermostat.
Unfortunately, next day, saturday, i still didn't have hotwater.
Dylan came out again within the hour and double checked everything and it turned out to be a power fail as well.
I was impressed at how he came back out on a weekend so promptly, to try to get my problem fixed.(no charge)
He rang back straight away to talk to me about the problem.
I had asked him if i would be up for a new hws soon, as it was pretty old. He said my hws was only 17 yrs old and I'd probably get 20-25yrs out of it, so a few years life left. - great to have this knowledge.
I got a sparkie to fix the power board issue.
