Target Life Fitness is not only a place to workout, it is a place to do community with like minded people who want to get fit and keep fit. The support from the owners Chris and Mariam and all other trainers is absolutely phenomenal even in this Covid 19 emergency . Yes the physical gym is off limits for now but the online training sessions keeps me motivated and connected. I can not speak highly enough of this gym!
