Where else can you find a PT with spinal unit experience to keep you confident, safe, motivated and progressing through an injury like that? My spinal surgeon suggested I would need to give up running & cycling. Nine months later ... We should send him that video of me on your tread mill at 15kmh this week! Steve Burden your the man!
